Hi, I'm Colleen Soto, your virtual at home personal trainer. I'm passionate about fitness and helping people maintain a healthy lifestyle. As active older adults, the goal is to keep our muscles awake so we are ready to participate in the activities that we love! Our focus is on ranges of motion vs specific muscle groups.
I feel the more muscle groups we can engage during the hour long class, the more we will be able to react when we want to use them.
"Colleen Soto Fitness" is designed for the active older adult. The class integrates many different exercise forms. - 1 hour class includes a combination of warm-up, cardio, weights/arms, and
floorwork. You'll need a mat,
1 to 5 pound weights, a mat, an 8 foot by 6 foot safe area, and a sturdy chair. Work with what you have in your own space and do the workout within your own comfort level based on your personal fitness ability. Contact me if you have any questions on how to modify to fit your individual needs.

I began my love of movement as a ballet dancer, at and at sixteen, I started paying for dance classes by teaching fitness.
Continuing both avenues in college, I achieved BA’s in both Dance and Physical Education, focusing on the prevention and care of Dance Injuries. I realized the only way to keep dancing in my life was to stay physically fit.
In my career, I've taught over 30 years of Fitness of all types including aerobics, classical dance, coached long distance running, worked R & D as an exercise specialist in the private sector, as well as instructed Sports Medicine, Health, and Physical Education in the public school system.
I discovered a passion of teaching seniors when I got pregnant, and couldn’t teach high impact. I love the population of students, and playing music from the 30's to present time.
